INSIJAM is Dr. Rayyan’s signature methodology for lifestyle coaching and wellness education. INSIJAM is offered as a sole/self-employed practice under Dr. Rayyan and is delivered through private one-on-one sessions, group sessions, online services, in-person services, programs, packages, and related educational materials.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients who book, purchase, attend, or participate in any INSIJAM service.
INSIJAM services are provided by Dr. Rayyan as a lifestyle coaching and wellness education service.
Although Dr. Rayyan has professional experience in the healthcare field, INSIJAM services are provided in the capacity of lifestyle coaching, wellness education, and behavioral support, unless otherwise clearly stated in writing.
Participation in INSIJAM services does not create a doctor-patient relationship, therapist-client relationship, or clinical healthcare relationship.
INSIJAM services provide lifestyle education, coaching, guidance, and support. These services are intended to help clients better understand, design, and improve their lifestyle habits, routines, behaviors, and overall wellbeing.
INSIJAM may support areas such as:
Lifestyle design
Sleep and recovery
Nutrition habits
Movement and exercise routines
Stress management
Breathwork
Fasting practices
Supplement discussions
Wearable and health-tracking data
Habit formation
Behavioral change
Personal reflection and self-awareness
INSIJAM services are designed to support the client’s personal wellness journey, but they are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, or therapeutic care.
INSIJAM services are not medical services.
They do not include:
Medical diagnosis
Medical treatment
Prescription of medication
Management of disease
Psychotherapy
Psychological therapy
Psychiatric care
Clinical mental health treatment
Emergency care
Crisis support
Nothing discussed during INSIJAM sessions should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or a replacement for professional healthcare.
Clients should not disregard, delay, or avoid medical advice or treatment because of information received through INSIJAM services.
Clients are encouraged to consult a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, dietitian, physiotherapist, or other qualified healthcare professional whenever appropriate.
Clients are responsible for their own health decisions, choices, and actions.
Any lifestyle changes, wellness practices, exercise routines, nutrition changes, sleep strategies, fasting protocols, breathwork practices, supplements, wearable-based insights, or other recommendations discussed during INSIJAM sessions are provided for coaching, educational, and lifestyle-support purposes only.
Clients should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes, especially if they:
Have a medical condition
Take medication
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have a history of eating disorders
Have a history of mental health concerns
Have cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory, hormonal, or neurological concerns
Are recovering from injury, illness, or surgery
Are unsure whether a recommendation is suitable for them
The client understands that practices such as fasting, dietary changes, supplements, exercise, breathwork, sleep modification, continuous glucose monitoring, or other lifestyle protocols may carry risks and may not be suitable for everyone.
The client is responsible for seeking medical clearance where appropriate.
INSIJAM reserves the right to decline, pause, modify, or discontinue services if it determines that the client’s needs are outside the scope of lifestyle coaching or may require medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional care.
INSIJAM may also refuse or discontinue service if:
The client provides inaccurate or incomplete information
The client does not follow safety recommendations
The client behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully
The client’s participation may place them or others at risk
The service is no longer suitable for the client’s needs
In such cases, INSIJAM may recommend that the client seek support from an appropriate licensed professional.
Clients under the age of 18 may participate in INSIJAM services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Depending on the client’s age, needs, session type, and the nature of the service, INSIJAM may require a parent or legal guardian to attend the session, participate in part of the session, or provide written approval before services begin.
The parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that the minor’s participation is appropriate and for communicating any relevant health, psychological, behavioral, or safety information to INSIJAM.
INSIJAM may discuss or recommend lifestyle tools and practices when appropriate, including but not limited to:
Supplements
Fasting protocols
Breathwork practices
Exercise routines
Sleep strategies
Continuous glucose monitors
Fitness trackers
Sleep trackers
Smartwatches
Heart-rate monitors
Nutrition-tracking apps
Other wellness devices, apps, products, or tools
Any such tools or practices are used at the client’s own responsibility.
The client is responsible for:
Understanding the risks and limitations
Following manufacturer instructions
Checking suitability with a qualified healthcare professional where needed
Stopping any practice that causes pain, distress, discomfort, or concerning symptoms
Seeking medical or technical support when appropriate
INSIJAM does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, effectiveness, or suitability of any third-party device, wearable, app, supplement, product, or service.
INSIJAM aims to support clients in improving their lifestyle and wellbeing, but individual results vary.
No specific result, transformation, improvement, health outcome, performance outcome, weight change, lab result, symptom improvement, or personal outcome is guaranteed.
Progress depends on many factors, including but not limited to:
The client’s personal circumstances
Consistency
Health status
Environment
Lifestyle demands
Readiness for change
Emotional and mental state
Support system
Willingness to apply the guidance discussed
The client understands that INSIJAM provides support, education, and guidance, but the client remains responsible for their own implementation and results.
The client understands that lifestyle coaching requires active participation.
The client is responsible for:
Implementing agreed-upon actions
Communicating honestly
Asking questions when unclear
Sharing relevant limitations or concerns
Informing INSIJAM of any discomfort or adverse reactions
Updating INSIJAM about relevant changes in health status
Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
INSIJAM is not responsible for issues that arise from incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or withheld information provided by the client.
Information shared during private sessions will be treated with respect and confidentiality.
Personal information will not be intentionally shared with others without the client’s consent, except:
Where required by law
Where there is a serious risk of harm
Where disclosure is necessary for safety
Where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or legal interests of INSIJAM or others
INSIJAM will take reasonable care to protect client information. However, no method of communication, digital storage, or third-party platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
For group sessions, all participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.
Participants must not share outside the group:
Names
Personal stories
Photos
Screenshots
Recordings
Private information
Health or lifestyle details
Any identifying information about other participants
While INSIJAM expects all group participants to respect confidentiality, INSIJAM cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.
INSIJAM reserves the right to remove any participant from a group session or program if they violate privacy, confidentiality, safety, or respectful conduct expectations.
Clients may not record, screenshot, photograph, reproduce, distribute, or share any private session, group session, educational material, discussion, or participant information without prior written consent from INSIJAM and, where relevant, all affected participants.
INSIJAM may record sessions, educational content, or group sessions only with appropriate notice or consent, where applicable.
If the client chooses to share lifestyle, wellness, health, wearable, device, app, nutrition, sleep, glucose, exercise, or other personal data, the client consents to this information being reviewed for coaching, educational, and guidance purposes only.
Any interpretation of such data is not a medical diagnosis and should not replace professional medical advice.
The client understands that data from wearables, apps, and devices may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or misleading. INSIJAM does not guarantee the accuracy or clinical significance of such data.
Communication and data sharing may take place through third-party platforms, which may include but are not limited to:
WhatsApp or other messaging applications
Booking platforms
Online meeting platforms
Forms
Payment platforms
Wellness-tracking tools
Wearable or app screenshots
Shared documents or client platforms
While reasonable care will be taken to protect client information, INSIJAM cannot guarantee the privacy, security, reliability, or performance of third-party platforms.
The client is responsible for using secure devices, protecting their own accounts, and avoiding the sharing of sensitive information through unsecured channels.
Communication between sessions may be available depending on the client’s package, program, or agreement with INSIJAM.
Any between-session communication is intended for non-urgent lifestyle support only. It is not intended for emergency, crisis, medical, psychological, psychiatric, or urgent health support.
INSIJAM may respond within a reasonable timeframe but does not guarantee immediate replies.
If the client has an urgent health concern, medical emergency, severe psychological distress, or thoughts of self-harm, they should contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider immediately.
For online sessions, the client is responsible for having:
A stable internet connection
A private and safe environment
The necessary device or platform access
A suitable setting for focused participation
INSIJAM is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s side, including internet failure, device problems, platform access issues, or lack of privacy in the client’s environment.
If a session is interrupted due to technical issues, rescheduling or continuation will be handled at INSIJAM’s discretion.
Clients should cancel or reschedule sessions within the agreed cancellation window.
Cancellation or rescheduling must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the booked appointment time.
Missed sessions, late cancellations, or late arrivals may be charged or counted as completed according to INSIJAM’s booking policy.
If a client is more than 15 minutes late, INSIJAM reserves the right to mark the session as a no-show. No-show sessions are non-refundable.
If a client has two no-show events, INSIJAM reserves the right to block or limit the client’s ability to book again.
If a client arrives late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.
If INSIJAM needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the client will be offered an alternative appointment time where possible.
Payment is required to confirm a booking. Depending on the service, the client may be required to pay either a deposit or the full amount.
All payments are non-refundable unless approved by INSIJAM management.
Each service, package, program, or product may have its own:
Price
Payment terms
Validity period
Expiration date
Number of sessions
Usage limit
Included services
Communication access
Rescheduling conditions
Unused sessions or services may expire after the stated validity period and may be forfeited unless otherwise approved by INSIJAM.
Packages, sessions, and services are non-transferable unless approved by INSIJAM in writing.
INSIJAM reserves the right to change pricing, packages, services, or policies at any time. Changes will not affect services already purchased unless otherwise stated or agreed.
All INSIJAM materials, frameworks, worksheets, documents, recordings, methods, concepts, exercises, educational content, and service materials are the intellectual property of INSIJAM unless otherwise stated.
Clients may use INSIJAM materials for personal use only.
Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, sell, publish, modify, record, share, or use INSIJAM materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission from INSIJAM.
This includes, but is not limited to, the INSIJAM methodology, session materials, program content, templates, handouts, presentations, and digital resources.
INSIJAM is not an emergency, crisis, medical, or mental health service.
If the client experiences any of the following, they should contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider immediately:
Medical emergency
Severe psychological distress
Thoughts of self-harm
Thoughts of harming others
Chest pain
Severe shortness of breath
Loss of consciousness
Severe allergic reaction
Severe symptoms after lifestyle changes, fasting, supplements, exercise, or breathwork
Any urgent health concern
INSIJAM should not be contacted as the first point of support in an emergency.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, INSIJAM, Dr. Rayyan, and any associated team members, assistants, contractors, or collaborators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from:
The client’s participation in INSIJAM services
The client’s implementation of lifestyle changes
The use of supplements, fasting, breathwork, exercise, nutrition changes, or wellness practices
The use of devices, wearables, apps, or third-party products
Reliance on information discussed during sessions
Inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld client information
Technical issues or third-party platform issues
Actions taken by the client outside the scope of the service
The client accepts responsibility for their own choices, actions, implementation, and participation.
INSIJAM may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version applicable to the client is the version provided, published, or accepted at the time of booking, purchase, or participation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Continued participation in INSIJAM services after updated terms are provided may be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any disputes, claims, or disagreements related to INSIJAM services shall be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
By booking, attending, purchasing, or participating in INSIJAM services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
The client also confirms that they understand the nature and limitations of the service and accepts responsibility for their own participation, choices, and actions.
For clients under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the minor client and accept responsibility for the minor’s participation in INSIJAM services.
